Twellium Industrial Company Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Technician to join our Dairy Production Department at our Kumasi factory in Ghana.
Job Overview
The Senior Technician will install, maintain, and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment. The role includes diagnosing technical faults, leading technical teams, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical and electrical equipment
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for production equipment
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
• Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Support engineering teams with technical expertise and project implementation
• Provide rapid technical solutions for equipment breakdowns
Qualifications
• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or technical supervision
• Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
