II. ROLE
Responsible for selling, installing, servicing, and training end users on products and/or software offered by the company

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Seeking for establishing a strong knowledge base of the assigned products and transferring the acquired knowledge to the team
• Planning, designing, and conducting training programs for both the doctors and technical team
• Assisting in setting up market strategies for assigned products
• Planning and prioritizing sales and service activities, conducting sales calls, visiting customers and prospects, submitting tenders and offers, and closing deals
• Monitoring sales progress and preparing related reports and performance analysis per market/distributor/product and team member
• Preparing and presenting proposals and offers to clients
• Supporting events preparation and logistics
• Installing software solutions and training clients to use it
• Managing clients’ accounts and ensuring quality service
• Repairing and maintaining equipment and software solutions sold by the company
• Travelling when required

IV. REQUIREMENTS in terms of experience, education and competencies
• BS in Biology, Bio-Marketing or any medical related field
• Zero to three years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to conduct sales calls
• Presentation skills
• Strong personality and ability to deal with rejection
• Objective-oriented
