Office Manager – Zalka
Mr Clean Hospital Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for our Zalka branch to oversee the daily flow of the office and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine, not a Lebanese generator in August.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and follow up on sales activities and team performance
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle basic HR follow-up, staff attendance, and administrative support
Manage payroll preparation and staff-related records
Receive, track, and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Ensure all tasks and submissions are completed within deadlines
Manage petty cash and keep accurate records
Coordinate with office boys / messengers for legal papers, deliveries, and official documents
Follow up on contract renewals and client documentation
Maintain proper filing, reporting, and office organization
Requirements
Strong experience in office management / administration
Good knowledge of sales coordination, operations, HR, and payroll follow-up
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good command of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / email communication
Professional attitude and follow-up discipline
