Needed for a Company in Mkaless area Operations and Admin Officer.
Duties:
Maintain and organize company files and documentation according to internal procedures.
Prepare project invoices and manage payment records.
Obtain quotations for office purchases and coordinate procurement.
Prepare daily cash reports and manage collections with proper receipts.
Prepare operational reports (maintenance, vehicles expenses, etc.).
Verify production records and manage inventory adjustments.
Coordinate with local and foreign suppliers, including PO preparation and verification.
Conduct price comparisons and assist in sales pricing adjustments.
Manage stock, shipping costs, and delivery routing.
Handle incoming requests and complaints.
