Job Purpose
- Responsible for delivering an efficient, professional, and candidate-centric recruitment process by managing the end-to-end cycle from vacancy initiation to onboarding.
- Acts as a key ambassador of Malia Group across academic partners and external platforms, ensuring strong employer branding, high-quality hiring decisions, and seamless integration of new employees.
- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
On Recruitment & Selection
- Partner with Managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and competency expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset
- Develop and maintain Job Descriptions that reflect organizational standards, role expectations, and evolving competency frameworks
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate journey
- Apply diverse sourcing strategies across multiple channels to reach broad and relevant talent pools
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews, evaluate candidates objectively, and complete thorough reference checks
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for assigned job functions roles to support long-term workforce planning
- Safeguard a streamlined recruitment cycle that upholds quality-of-hire principles, strengthens the candidate experience, and supports employer brand positioning
On On-Boarding & New Joiners' Experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define onboarding objectives and ensure readiness ahead of each new joiner’s arrival
- Plan and lead onboarding sessions and one-on-one touchpoints designed to create an engaging and smooth early employee experience
- Monitor newcomers’ adjustment throughout the onboarding period, proactively identifying needs and addressing concerns with discretion and care
- Act as a reliable point of contact for new employees, promoting a welcoming environment and facilitating successful integration
On Employer Branding & Academic Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of academic collaborations with academic institutions, career centers, and relevant professional networks to enhance talent visibility and attract diverse profiles
- Participate in academic engagements, outreach events, and professional forums that reinforce Malia’s positioning as a credible and connected employer
- Represent Malia Group externally with professionalism and consistency to strengthen credibility and alignment with evolving talent needs
On Reporting & TA Projects
- Support the preparation of TA dashboards, talent analytics, and monthly executive reporting
- Contribute to the development of the annual Talent Acquisition Business Plan Participate in cross-functional TA projects including succession planning support, outreach initiatives, TA process enhancements, and competency framework implementation
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus
