We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and drive our commercial strategy and growth. If you have a strong background in sales, partnerships, and negotiations, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the company’s commercial strategy
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Drive negotiations and close high-value deals
Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams
Monitor performance, KPIs, and sales results
Manage and guide the commercial team
Collaborate across departments to ensure business success
Requirements & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with solid Excel/CRM knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
