Internship Purpose
As an Online Consultant Intern, you will support customer engagement and sales activities by assisting in inquiries, promoting products, and contributing to telesales efforts, while gaining hands-on experience in
customer service, sales techniques, and relationship management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer and shopper inquiries in a timely manner (within one hour), ensuring a high standard of customer service across order processing, complaint handling, returns, and information tracking.
- Identify sales opportunities by effectively promoting and recommending products, with the aim of maximizing both sales volume and value during customer interactions.
- Conduct telesales activities by reaching out to potential and existing customers to present products, generate interest, and drive conversions.
- Contribute to customer engagement and retention by providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales approaches and customer experience tools.
