Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international construction markets, developing strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key industry stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential project leads.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Tendering Support: Collaborate with tendering and estimation teams to support pre-qualification and bidding activities.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and support contract finalization in coordination with executive management.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports to management.
Brand Promotion: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote our capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the construction or engineering sector.
Track Record: Proven success in securing projects, managing client accounts, and working with international clients, consultants, and contractors.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong market research and analytical abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business development software.
Language: Strong command of English; Arabic is an asset.
