Job Duties:
• Create and capture casual recipe video shots, ensuring a natural, engaging for social media platforms.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives
• Plan and conceptualize engaging recipe-based video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to keep content relevant and competitive
• Collaborate with the creative team (chef, videographer, designer, editor) to produce high-quality content
• Define content themes, storytelling approach, and visual direction
• Write or guide captions, call-to-actions to maximize engagement
• Monitor social media performance and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, views, conversions)
• Optimize content strategy based on insights and platform algorithms
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in content strategy or social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience in food, recipe, or lifestyle content is a plus
• Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
