About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Human Resources function. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our team remains organized and compliant with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding Support the hiring process by posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts and personnel files for new hires.
Employee Records Maintain and update employee data, including attendance, leave balances, performance evaluations, and HR documentation.
Payroll & Support Assist the Finance & HR Manager with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance records and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Compliance Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor laws while handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Education: Freshly graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (0–2 years of experience).
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: A professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
