Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to be based in Kinshasa with a leading organization in the telecommunications and connectivity sector.
This role focuses on leading the overall technology strategy and execution across fiber optic infrastructure, VSAT, and IP connectivity, managing large-scale operations in a complex, multi-project environment while working closely with executive leadership.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in telecommunications
* Proven track record in senior technical leadership roles
* Strong expertise in IP/MPLS, fiber optic networks, and VSAT systems
* Experience operating in complex regulatory environments
* French is a must (official language)
* Strong expertise in bidding and tendering
