We are looking for a Supply Chain officer to oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
● maintain accurate and up to date records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
● optimize supply chain processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
● coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
●monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
●oversee transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
●lead and supervise supply chain staff.
●schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
●implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
●identify and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or supply disruptions.
●generate regular reports on supply chain performance and stock levels.
● Track and follow up with all shipments.
● Make sure all shipments reach on its scheduled date.
Qualifications:
● a minimum of high school qualification.
● 3 years of relevant experience.
● ability to work under pressure.
●strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
● fluent in english.
