Job Duties:
- Supervise presell, Cash Van, Area Warehouse & Area Logistic Teams.
- Follow up on stands and displays / visibility during visits
- Ensure timely collections from the market and control credit ageing to the minimum level
- Discuss daily sales, coverage, aging and POSM/visibility; take notes on problems and improvements needed
- Maintain FEFO in market; Manage Expiries of perishable items and improve visibility of products on shelves
- Ensure that all routes have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their points of sale on a daily basis as per the company Must Stock List (MSL)
- Brief, daily, Branch Manager on Sales Representatives daily reports, account statements, aging problems to get approvals and/or recommendations.
- Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve preset KPIs
- Monitor closely the Sales Force market visits and assist them in difficult negotiations and deals
- Establish and maintain a high-profile relationship with customers at all levels
- Handle all customers’ complaints and ensure problem solving and implementation of corrective measures
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Supervisor
