A healthcare distribution company located in Baabda is looking for a Planning & Purchasing Officer.
The candidate will control the inventory level & ensure the stock availability in stores in compliance with the quality & regulatory policies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares the To-Market forecast for all assigned suppliers
- Prepares & communicates purchase order to relevant principals
- Manages the inventory & the inventory transactions on company Software
- Enters & controls the received merchandise
- Handles all shipment logistics requirements, securing due documentation for goods clearance
Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Fluent in Arabic, English and good in French
- Good MS office knowledge
