Role Overview
Eid Holding is implementing Odoo ERP across its companies in partnership with
Azkatech.
The Odoo Project Manager will act as the internal focal point, ensuring smooth
collaboration between business teams and Azkatech. While Azkatech will lead the
system implementation, configuration, and technical work, this role will coordinate,
validate, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Understanding & Requirements
• Gather and document current business workflows from internal teams
• Work closely with Azkatech to explain how the business operates
• Support Azkatech in translating requirements into system configuration
• Ensure business needs are clearly communicated and understood
2. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
• Act as the main coordination point between Eid Holding and Azkatech
• Follow up with Azkatech on deliverables, timelines, and priorities
• Align internal stakeholders with Azkatech’s implementation plan
• Ensure tasks are progressing and deadlines are respected
3. Data Preparation & Validation
• Collect required business data (customers, products, suppliers, etc.)
• Prepare and organize data as per Azkatech’s templates and guidance
• Validate data uploaded by Azkatech into Odoo
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness

4. System Testing & Feedback
• Test system workflows delivered by Azkatech
• Validate that configurations meet business expectations
• Provide structured feedback to Azkatech on gaps or improvements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
5. Training & User Support
• Coordinate training sessions delivered by Azkatech
• Support internal users in understanding the system
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions
• Reinforce best practices shared by Azkatech
6. Go-Live Coordination
• Coordinate go-live activities with Azkatech and internal teams
• Ensure business readiness before system launch
• Support users during go-live phase
• Follow up with Azkatech on any critical issues
7. Issue Tracking & Escalation
• Collect and track issues raised by users
• Escalate issues to Azkatech and follow up until resolution
• Ensure proper communication between users and Azkatech
• Support continuous improvement based on feedback
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in:
o ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) or
o Business operations (finance, supply chain, sales, etc.)
• Ability to understand and explain business processes clearly
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work closely with an external implementation partner (Azkatech)
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month
