Responsibilities:
1. Prioritize work & complete tasks on time.
2. Follow-up on urgent / pending matters & resolve issues.
3. Schedule meetings, appointments & organize travel arrangements.
4. Prepare agendas & follow up on action items from previous meetings.
5. Create, edit, documents, presentations & reports.
6. Manage Social Media activities: Connect with followers, update contents, publish postings & news.
7. Utilize SM tools to boost presence and outreach more audience.
8. Update the CRM / database & maintain professional relations with clients.
9. Prompt reminders & general communication, as directed,
10. Attend to other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Profile:
• University Degree in relevant discipline
• 3+ years of similar experience
• MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point & SM.
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Multi-tasked, detail oriented, time management & communication skills.
