Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned administrative professional with 5 years of experience, ideally in a hybrid EA/HR role. You must be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality, and possess strong computer and English proficiency. Familiarity with quality certification processes is a major advantage.
Profile & Abilities:
- Candidates should have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task Prioritization: Proactively manage daily priorities, project timelines, and ad-hoc requests to maximize executive efficiency.
- Familiar with compiling of information, preparing spreadsheets, creating or maintaining re-occurring and one-off reports, taking minutes of meeting.
- HR administration. Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate onboarding/induction for new hires, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Office Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office, handling sensitive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Management, business administration or related field
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office with advanced level in Excel
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
- 5 years’ experience
