Responsibilities:
• Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the firm’s dealing and working.

• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
• Update the personal records of all employees on a daily basis.
• Update the records of employees for joining / leaving employees and confirm the count with the Human Resources Dept.
• Prepare the final settlements for all terminated / resigned employees in time.
• Provided weekly attendance reports to each Head of Department
• Issued warnings when necessary
• Prepared payment vouchers for payroll and fuel allowances.
• Obtain the confirmation from Human Resources Manager that accounting payroll records are in line with the personnel records, with signature of HR Manager on the basic payroll printouts obtained from the payroll system.
• Back up for the done payroll before the month end closing then carry out the month end procedure on the system.
• Prepare payments for all casual employees for the month based on the attendance records and other records issued by the Human Resources Department.
• Ensures that Notice Boards in the Hotel, Staff Cafeteria, Recreation Areas and Staff Housing are up to date on a regular basis.
• Ensures employees are informed of new policies and changes in Policy affecting their employment.
• Counsels’ employees on matters relating to welfare, discipline, local customs and practice.
• Complies with Hotel’s Health, Safety & Hygiene policy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
