VEER Luxury Boutique Hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in international cuisine to lead our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full kitchen operations across outlets
* Create diverse, high-quality international menus. Develop seasonal menus and ensure efficient service throughout the week.
* Lead and train kitchen staff
* Ensure top hygiene, safety, and quality standards
* Control food cost, inventory, and suppliers.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
Manage kitchen workflow, food preparation, plating, and service.
Oversee receiving and storage.
Monitor food cost, stock levels, and food waste.
Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff across two operational shifts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in hotels/resorts
* Solid Experience in international cuisine
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
