Duties
- Manage IT Services provided for retail and corporate customers
- Provide L3 Support when L1/L2 are unable to solve an issue
- Plan Infrastructure and Service delivery both internally and Externally
- Provide expert knowledge for retail and e-commerce team
- Assist in Technical Presales when the need arise
- Manage day to day operation
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective and efficient use of resources
- Upgrade and introduce task management tools
- Ensure all departments provide deliverables in timely manner
Work Location is variable between Office, showroom, and warehouse, depending on need
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9AM till 6PM
Saturday 9AM till 2 PM
