We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive General Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of facility systems, machinery, and equipment while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure proper maintenance of generators, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, air compressors, steam generators, and water treatment systems
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire alarm systems
• Lead maintenance teams and ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate spare parts procurement and maintenance requirements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance
• Ability to lead maintenance teams and manage daily operations
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Arabic, English, and French are preferred
