A company in Beirut – Badaro, is looking for a Senior IT Support – IT Department, to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting end users, implementing technical solutions, and contributing to IT projects and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Microsoft 365 deployments, policies, user roles, and access permissions.
• Manage Microsoft 365 security deployments, automate workflows, and enhance system security.
• Implement and maintain vSphere and other virtual environment projects.
• Remotely troubleshoot end-user and server hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions, including:
o Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
o Veeam backup solutions
o VMware ESXi and vSphere environments
o FortiGate firewalls
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for users.
• Conduct pre-sales site surveys and technical research.
• Prepare technical studies for bids and projects.
• Handle on-site technical implementations and deployments.
• Train and support other team members when needed.
Requirements
• Proven experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security solutions.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and vSphere.
• Familiarity with Veeam backup solutions and FortiGate firewalls.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Relevant certifications are considered a plus.
