CORE Facilities Management is a specialized cleaning and maintenance services company, based in Beirut, Lebanon.

We’re hiring an Associate Outdoor Sales to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and connecting with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
• Working on generating leads and closing deals.
• Preparing and sending quotations & proposals.
• Answering customers’ concerns & queries.
• Negotiating sales agreements.
• Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
• Assisting with sales reports, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
• Weekly reports & internal meetings with the management.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• A self-starter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, and experience in the service sector is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
