Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations & ensure efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene & quality
• Supervise bread, pastry & bakery production
• Lead factory operations & production teams
• Train staff, support store & sales growth
Key Qualifications:
• Degree in Food Science, Industrial management, Business
• 8+ years of experience in food production or bakery
• Age between 35 – 60
We are Offering:
• Package around $4,000 – 6,000
• Working Hours: 10 H / Day
• One month paid leave
