Sales Manager (FMCG/F&B) Location: Hamra, Beirut
Join a leading FMCG/F&B distributor with a 35-year history. We are seeking a senior Sales Manager to lead our entire sales department and drive the company's commercial strategy.
You will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing the department's P&L and budget, and leading all sales supervisors and reps. This role requires setting targets, analyzing the market, and managing top-tier client relationships.
Requirements:
8-10 years in Lebanese FMCG/F&B sales, with 3-4+ years in a management role.
Proven track record of developing growth strategies.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
