Description


Key Responsibilities
Review customer emails and handle product requests.
Verify product availability in the system.
Coordinate with the B2B/Commercial Director regarding alternative product proposals.
Prepare and submit customer quotations.
Receive and forward customer purchase orders for processing.
Follow up on customer orders with the Order Management team.
Create special product codes under the supervision of the Commercial Director.
Prepare Excel reports for special customer requests, including product details, quantities, and part numbers.
Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding prices and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of corporate experience.
Excellent command of French and English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
