We are seeking a qualified Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, oversee machinery performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
• Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Prepare technical reports, production plans, and maintenance schedules.
• Support new projects, equipment upgrades, and process development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Preferred Industry Experience:
• Plastic manufacturing, injection molding, packaging, printing, or industrial production facilities.
