We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager & Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, expand customer relationships, and promote the company's plastic products in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Preferred Experience:
Plastic packaging, injection-molded products, plastic bags, printing, or related manufacturing industries.
