We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Executive to manage and support the Customer Management System (CMS) of our EVO e-wallet platform. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate account management, system administration, and operational support while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts, wallet settings, limits, and statuses.
Perform account reviews, updates, suspensions, and reactivations.
Support customer service and operations teams in resolving customer and merchant cases.
Monitor system activities and coordinate with compliance on KYC and transaction-related matters.
Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
Assist in testing and configuring new products, features, and campaigns.
Prepare reports and support audits when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of fintech, digital payments, or e-wallets is a plus.
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
