-Manage and maintain the grocery application, application management system, and related e-commerce platforms.
-Monitor application performance, product visibility, catalog accuracy, and front-end content.
-Ensure product listings, categories, images, descriptions, and metadata are accurate and up to date.
-Coordinate application updates, feature enhancements, and issue resolution with development partners and IT teams.
-Monitor and validate integrations between Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and the application.
-Ensure accurate synchronization of products, prices, stock quantities, barcodes, promotions, and related data.
-Coordinate with developers, IT teams, and external vendors regarding APIs, integration files, server-based connectors, and system configurations.
-Investigate and resolve integration discrepancies and data mismatches between systems.
-Perform regular quality assurance checks on product information, pricing, stock availability, metadata, and promotional content.
-Oversee item creation, product updates, and catalog maintenance activities.
Maintain data accuracy across more than 40,000 SKUs and related product information.
-Monitor and improve content quality to enhance customer experience and search visibility.
-Coordinate the setup and maintenance of promotions, discounts, campaigns, and application banners.
-Ensure promotional visibility and accuracy across the application.
Support customer segmentation activities and campaign implementation.
-Coordinate with Inventory, Commercial, Marketing, IT, Design, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth application operations.
-Support order management processes, stock accuracy, delivery configurations, and operational workflows linked to the application.
-Assist in planning and executing e-commerce projects, new features, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
-Follow up on project timelines, testing activities, and implementation tasks.
-Monitor daily operational reports, sales performance, KPIs, stock reports, and application metrics.
-Identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
-Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation related to application operations.
-Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
