Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main duties will focus on, but are not limited to:
- Build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Area.
- Drive Area sales performance, market share, and optimal resource utilization.
- Build effective and enduring business relationships with key Area customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical Field Force Representatives.
- Apply Country strategies to develop and implement Area business plans.
- Inspire Field Force Representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Manage and optimize effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
- Work effectively with Key Accounts, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and colleagues across other functions/lines to achieve business results.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and customers.
- Communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders and support the development of new business strategies.
- Identify top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned Area.
