Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support to join our team at ProPack. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lebanon.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software and solving technical problems.



Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday : 9 hours per day including half hour break, Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm

Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends.



Qualifications

Education:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field

Experience:

· ERP system experience

· Microsoft 365 experience

· 1-2 years in similar position



Skills

· A technical, logical thought process

· Problem-solving skills

· An ability to stick to strict deadlines

· An ability to prioritize and delegate

· A keen eye for detail

· ERP System experience

· Microsoft 365 experience

· Teamwork

· Knowledge of ISO 22000



Responsibilities and Obligations

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training more junior staff members
Help IT manager in certain tasks
Respond in a friendly way to all department who are in need of IT services
Respect Confidentiality of info in each device and department
