The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of factory operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, supporting equipment performance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day technical assistance within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for daily factory operations and assist in resolving equipment-related issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating technical activities and monitoring operational performance.
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure the continuous operation of equipment.
- Assist with preventive maintenance planning and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all technical activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant technical support or operations experience.
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is required.
- Good communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
