Job Purpose and Context:
The Content Creator is responsible for executing marketing activities, including content creation, digital platform management, and campaign support. The role focuses on delivering high-quality marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing initiatives through creative and operational execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Creative Execution
• Design marketing materials (brochures, ads, presentations, data sheets).
• Develop digital content (posts, reels, newsletters, visuals).
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and quality standards.
Digital Platform Management
• Manage company social media accounts.
• Publish content and maintain active presence
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Support website updates and content management.
Field Content & Visual Coverage
• Capture photos and videos from operations (factory, warehouse, events).
• Produce real-time content supporting campaigns and branding.
• Ensure content reflects actual operations and brand credibility.
Campaign Execution Support
• Support execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing campaign materials and assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign rollout.
Sales & Business Support
• Support sales with marketing materials and presentations.
• Assist in preparing proposals, product kits, and client-facing content.
• Ensure marketing output supports customer engagement.
• Track content performance and engagement metrics.
• Assist in reporting campaign performance.
• Provide insights for content and campaign improvement.
Work Discipline & Coordination
• Ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
• Maintain organization of files, content, and materials.
• Coordinate effectively with marketing and internal teams.
Competence Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Requirement
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related creative roles.
• Proven experience in developing visual and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in photography, videography, and multimedia content production is preferred.
• Previous exposure to brand communication, social media management, or creative campaign execution is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong photography and video editing skills for digital and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content management practices.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement practices.
