We're currently seeking an experienced International Head Chef to join a leading retail and food service group in Libreville, Gabon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional with extensive experience in international cuisine, kitchen leadership, menu development, food quality, and multi-outlet operations.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
• Proven experience as an International Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary leadership role.
• Strong expertise in international cuisine and multi-concept food operations.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, central kitchens, or retail food groups.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, food quality, food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop kitchen teams while maintaining high operational standards.
• Fluency in French is required
